Maybe these tips will already help you:

• Always make sure that all mandatory fields are filled in.
• If you want to use PayPal or Amazon Pay as a payment option, you can also go directly to PayPal or Amazon Pay in the shopping cart and do not have to go through the registration process first. For all other payment options, we ask you to register.
• If an error message appears after registration, please repeat registration. Usually it works without problems the second time.
• When using Google Chrome it has already happened that our site shows an error when clicking on the registration page. Resetting the browser under "Settings" - "Advanced" - "Reset". Don't worry, all tabs and preferences will be preserved.
• Apple users who receive an error message should repeat the process again.
